Candlelight Sound Bath Experience

You are invited to join us for our second annual candlelight sound bath experience with Greg Burns of Metta Vibrations. The practice of using harmonic sound can be a powerful antidote to stress and anxiety in today's modern world- sound interacts with us on all levels- physical, mental, emotional, spiritual- and can help our whole being return to a state of harmony and balance.

This sound event is focused to aid those not experienced with meditation, as well as experienced practitioners.

Attendees are encouraged to wear comforable clothing, and limit caffeine intake prior to bath. Attendees are welcome to bring their own blankets, pillow, chair or mediation crystal. Electric Pilates will have some mats, bolsters and yoga blocks available on a first come first serve basis.
